HKIM’s objective is to raise the awareness of using mediation as an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR).  We offer seminars to organizations, schools and government bodies to introduce how mediation skills can be used to resolve disputes across various sectors such as business, education, medical, workplace and consumer disputes, etc.  We also offer a wide range of mediation skills workshops which can be tailor made for specific skills enhancement purposes or for corporate organizations who would like their staff to learn how to put effective mediation skills in their daily work.

 

HKIM arrange regular mediation skills workshop for our members and accredited mediators for upholding their skills and knowledge, enabling them to put mediation into real practice.
